Here is how I structure the session 1) I choose 3 topics for the day which is conversational-friendly. 2) Every topic gets 10 minutes of discussion 3) For each topic we go in turns to avoid interruptions and place forth our respective points clear and sound. 4) I note down corrections and suggestions and upload after the session.
