Online Educational Video Making Company

Hi, first of all i'll be honest with you all. This project is a long term slow project dedicated for quality rather than quantity so people ready to work for at least one year are welcome. I want the create a company which can produce professional lecture videos. Bear in mind, this is going to be continuous work but in batches. For example i plan out the budget, content and ideas about one lecture (approx 40 minutes), then i will ask all you guys to make one video, i'll pay you per hour and finalize the payments only when m satisfied with the video. After that there is no guarantee that i will give you work directly next week or next month. Then i give you work again and pay again, done and again there might be a break. So work will be continuous but not regular. What i guarantee you is no scamming by me, 100 percent milestone payment released as soon as complete video is handed over to me and m satisfied. I want to create a complete company and employ following 1) Director (must have some experience in video making) 2) Lecturer 2 or 3 (whose going to act in the video) (handsome males with good vocabulary are welcome, 1 must know urdu) 3) Camera man 4) Editor 5) A person to add ANIMATED videos to each lecture 6) Education Critics (who are just going to watch every video and give honest opinions to improve) 7) One person experienced on video making to act as my assistant and helper The videos are going to be created for Pakistani students so some urdu needs to be there in the videos BUT English speaking individuals DONT RUN OFF. You can get work too. The company is going to be online but all of you need not be in one place, we are going to work via internet but the shooting team i.e. the camera men and lecturers of course need to be a group at the same place. Specifically for this shooting team i would like to hire a group of either pakistani or indian students. But the director can be from somewhere else. Shooting team needs to bear in mind that they are the ones who have to do the actual work and some difficult tasks as well. For example the first task for them will be to set up a classroom studio where they are going to make the videos. If you have access to a good looking classroom, its good but if not then you need to find some place where you are going to set up the studio with green boards, an LCD screen (optional) and a few book shelves. Setting a good classroom will be your first and a difficult task, so serious bidders only. I am going to pay you to set that room up as well, but if you already have a set room then you will have priority in getting the project. You must state this in the bid and be ready to send pics of the classroom. I am going to pay each person per hour, moderate rates but not low as i want quality work are preferred.
