We are looking to contract out small small micro controllers for various wind tunnel test applications.
For example: we require a controller that can run a program of up to 10 minutes during which the following parameters are controlled: 1 stepper motor speed, 1 cycling solid state relay on time & off time.
We are looking to replace an old system whereby the 3-10 min automation sequence program is manually created by dialing the above variables using 3 potentiometers which recorded the program to an eprom. That eprom would then go into semi disposable controller circuit boards.
Ideally the new boards would be small and inexpensive Arduino, Paralax, etc... and the automation sequence program maker would be via a simple PC GUI or even an excel chart.
Added plus if we could have the option of manually dialing knobs to generate a base chart and then later edit in the PC.
Added plus if we can have boards for more than channel simultaneously (1 stepper and 1 cycling solid state relay).
