Simple GUI on Raspberry Pico + 3.5 inch TFT LCD Arduino Shield

I am going to test the touch UX performance on Raspberry Pi Pico with ILI9481 driver.
I have Raspberry Pico and 3.5 inch TFT LCD shield.
1. draw one textbox and one button on the LCD.
2. the initial text is "0"
3. when the button clicked (touched) the textbox value increases 1, thus "1", "2", "3", ...
I can wire my Raspberry Pico and 3.5in TFT shield on breadboard as your sketch.
Budget is $25 - $75.
Deliverable:
1. src code
2. sketch diagram (hand-drawn on a paper is ok, or may use some card tool)
3. guide me how to run the src code, so that I can present it on my team.
If the result was fast enough, we are going to develop a new device based on Raspberry Pi Pico with 2.9 ~ 3.5in TFT LCD + 24bit ADC module.
It will be 3 ~ 4 weeks of contract work, designing schematics, PCB, and firmware, with around 1K usd budget.
But it is after when we check the usability of Raspberry Pico for our project.
Thanks.
