Hello So sorry to Bid totally out of your budget , but just so you know the layout of this -MQTT needs a VPS server , Shared hosting will not work -If You'll end up doing This for real , And I don't even mean commercial , but just for important stuff , you do need Encryption and Setting up Self-Signed Certificates -If you'll end up doing something commercial , most probably you'll need to switch to ESP32 to provide physical access security . -With Html page/s , You also need to set up a web server on the VPS Just thought you should be aware of this stuff Regards

I control many devices with this chipset in my home using mqtt, and can create a web page to allow you to control your device. You will need a server to run your website and mqtt broker, but the demands are not high and you could use a raspberry pi as a cheap server if you do not have something else suitable. If you want to control the device just from your home network, you could look at software for your phone which can do the job instead of creating the website. If you need external control then you will need a static IP address and more stringent security measures. How easy these are to implement depends on the device you are using and flash memory available. Please provide more details if you wish me to quote on this.
