I am looking for an experienced embedded hardware and audio electronics engineer to replicate a custom automotive audio reverb/DSP module from scratch (0 to 100 delivery). The original circuit uses a Spin Semiconductor SPN1001-FV1 DSP, a Microchip MCP604 quad op-amp, and an external 8-pin EEPROM chip. I need a complete, end-to-end service: hardware reverse engineering, firmware dumping, PCB design, component sourcing, board assembly, and delivery of a fully functional prototype. Scope of Work & Deliverables: 1. EEPROM Firmware Extraction: Extract/dump the binary code from the 8-pin EEPROM chip on the provided reference board to preserve the custom reverb algorithm. 2. Schematic Capture & PCB Design: Recreate the schematic in EDA software (preferably KiCad or Altium) including the FV-1 DSP circuit, MCP604 audio conditioning, 12.288 MHz clock crystal, 3.3V power regulation, and 12V automotive power/ground noise filtering. Design a compact, production-ready surface-mount (SMD) PCB layout. 3. Component Sourcing & PCB Assembly: Source all genuine electronic components (FV-1, EEPROM, MCP604, passives, regulators, connectors). Manufacture and assemble (or order turnkey assembly via JLCPCB/PCBWay) at least 1–2 complete prototype boards. 4. Testing & Turnkey Delivery: Flash the dumped binary onto the new EEPROM. Perform audio testing (RCA input/output, signal integrity, power isolation) on a 12V supply. Ship the fully assembled and tested working prototype along with all design files (Schematics, PCB Gerbers, BOM, EEPROM .bin file).

Hi, I can support this automotive audio reverb/DSP module project as an authorized design and engineering milestone, focused on schematic review, FV-1 based circuit recreation, PCB design planning and production-ready documentation. For the EEPROM firmware, I can only work with code that you legally own or are authorized to extract/use. If the original algorithm is proprietary, I can instead help create a new compatible FV-1 reverb program and prepare the EEPROM workflow without copying protected firmware. My approach will be to first review the reference board photos, IC markings, connector pinout, power input, audio input/output path and required enclosure/size limits. Then I’ll prepare a clean FV-1 based design plan and PCB package. I can help with: * FV-1 DSP circuit recreation * MCP604 audio conditioning stage * 12.288 MHz clock section * 3.3V regulation * 12V automotive filtering * EEPROM connection planning * KiCad / Altium schematic * Compact SMD PCB layout * BOM preparation * Gerbers and manufacturing files * Test checklist for prototype validation Deliverables for this milestone: * Schematic/design review * PCB layout plan or initial KiCad files * BOM with sourcing notes * Gerber-ready output if scope is confirmed * EEPROM programming guidance * Prototype test procedure Best regards Ankit

Hi there, I carefully reviewed your automotive audio reverb/DSP replication requirements and can take the original reference board through complete hardware reverse engineering to a fully assembled and tested prototype. I have experience with embedded hardware, PCB reverse engineering, audio electronics, SMD PCB design, EEPROM programming, power regulation, analog signal conditioning, and DSP-based systems. I am familiar with the key elements involved in your design, including the SPN1001-FV1 DSP, MCP604 quad op-amp, external 8-pin EEPROM, 12.288 MHz clock, 3.3V regulation, and automotive 12V power filtering. I can accurately trace the reference PCB, recreate the schematic, extract and verify the EEPROM binary, reproduce the audio signal paths and power architecture, and develop a compact production-ready PCB in KiCad or Altium. I will also pay close attention to grounding, decoupling, analog/digital noise, signal integrity, and automotive power protection. You will receive the editable PCB source, schematic, Gerbers, drill files, BOM, component sourcing information, EEPROM .bin file, and 1–2 assembled and tested prototype boards with functional audio verification. Just send me the reference board photos/files and any available documentation, and I can get started. Best regards, António

Hi, I can handle the end-to-end replication of your automotive audio reverb/DSP module, from reverse-engineering the reference board through schematic capture, compact SMD PCB design, prototype assembly, programming, and functional testing. I’ll focus on accurately reproducing the SPN1001-FV1 DSP, MCP604 audio stages, EEPROM interface, 12.288 MHz clock, regulated 3.3 V rail, and automotive 12 V power/noise filtering, with the schematic and layout documented clearly in KiCad or Altium. The workflow would cover EEPROM binary extraction where the device and firmware are accessible, schematic verification, PCB layout, BOM/component sourcing, 1–2 prototype boards, EEPROM programming, RCA audio testing, power integrity checks, and final Gerbers/source files. I won’t claim prior identical hardware projects I haven’t actually completed, but I can work from the supplied reference board and document the reproduction process thoroughly. Question: Can you provide clear photos of both sides of the reference PCB and confirm the exact EEPROM part number and whether the board can be physically accessed for chip-level readout? Best regards
