arduino programming

I have an arduino and I want to use it in a project in which I will use three analog sensors and collect the data in excel. I want the project to start with a command and the Arduino to activate a current relay at the same time the sensors to start sending data to excel and after 10 seconds the Arduino to activate another relay. The program to continue for another 30 seconds and then to close. The sensors that will be used are rpm sensor, pressure sensor and decibel sensor.
