Arduino programming

We have made a simple Arduino program that regulate a PWM output based on thermocouple readings (with[2x] MAX6675 and [2x] MAX31855 sensors). 2 of the sensors are used in a PID formula to command the PWM output. The rest of the sensor is just for monitoring. The program also send serial data to a computer to produce graph of the temperature and PWM setting in real time, using PLX-DAQ on MS Excel. We have decided to do it using Arduino Uno board first in order to keep development cost cheap, but once parameter are confirmed we will probably move to some more robust Arduino type PLCs (NORVI, CONTROLINO, M-DUINO,..) Our (IDE) code works but when installed on site there is too much noise that perturbate thermocouple reading, thus making the system unable to respond properly… We have decided to shift from thermocouple to a more stable type of temperature sensor ; Dallas DS18B20 (digital sensor instead of analogic), which is not sensitive to surrounding noise. Although it is very simple coding, our experience in coding is limited and we don’t want to loss further time translating our program from MAX thermocouple sensors to Dallas DS18B20. Therefore we seek your assistance to change sensor types in the attached code. We have 2 sets of program (attached) where we just process the data differently to change the type of PWM response. You can find attached the serial monitor determining the address of the existing sensors attached. 2 sensors will be used for PWM control = temperature monitoring, and the other 4 sensor will be used for monitoring only (on PLX-DAQ). Please indicates if you can provide your service for the above task and look forward your proposal. We will need also more modifications in the future (Such as adding a RTC module, adding extra functions, to add a LCD screen,…) so we will also need further help later on so you can consider this as a first job that we can transform into further partnership in the future.
