Arduino BLE programming

Hi, need to make a simple arduino code for Arduino nano 33 ble sense.
A smartphone will connect via bluetooth to the arduino. I will connect a button to any pin on arduino. The arduino will be in low energy mode by default. When the button is pressed, the arduino will wake up, record the time+date at that moment and send to smartphone. If bluetooth device is not connected then it should send the records whenever it connects.
