Residential Architectural Design Planning

My residential build is still in the planning and design phase and I need a seasoned professional to shape the architectural vision from the ground up. The core of the assignment is complete architectural design: concept sketches through to detailed drawings that will ultimately guide permitting and construction. Please translate my ideas into functional, visually appealing floor plans, elevations, and any 3-D visuals or renderings you feel will help communicate the design. Because the project will eventually move into structural and civil engineering review, I also need you to keep local building codes, basic load paths, and utilities in mind while you work, even though the primary deliverable is architectural. Deliverables • Scaled schematic floor plans and key elevations • At least one 3-D massing or rendered view to illustrate form and material intent • Final CAD or BIM files (DWG/Revit), plus print-ready PDF set Acceptance criteria • All plans align with residential code requirements for my jurisdiction (I will provide specifics) • Designs maximise natural light and efficient circulation as we discuss in kickoff call • Files are organised, layered, and labeled so later structural consultants can build on them Share a concise portfolio of comparable residential work and outline your estimated timeline for concept, revisions, and final hand-off.
