I will produce construction-ready plans including elevations, sections, and a site plan. I will not be using elaborate 3D rendering software for this project, I will stick to clear, accurate AutoCAD drawings which are what is needed for construction plans, also avoiding the extra cost and time for renderings that are not required for building. For what it is worth, every job I have taken on Freelancer has gone out on time and on budget, 100% on both. This is a factual claim. Do the internal floor plans need to be drawn to a specific scale in the initial AutoCAD draft, or will a generally accurate representation suffice until later stages?
