Puedo partir de los planos CAD ya delineados para desarrollar 2–3 alternativas optimizando barra, zona de mesas, preparación visible, aseo PMR y relación con la salida de humos existente, procurando limitar la intervención al mínimo necesario. No estoy personalmente colegiado en España, pero trabajo con arquitectos e ingenieros técnicos colegiados y habilitados que pueden revisar, asumir y firmar la documentación cuando proceda. Prepararé el layout definitivo, planos actualizados y memoria justificativa de CTE DB-SI, DB-SUA, accesibilidad, condiciones sanitarias y demás exigencias aplicables en Madrid.
