I am looking to hire an experienced architectural freelancer to prepare proper architectural drawings and basic design development for an Integrated Mental Health & Wellness Campus project. IMPORTANT: Freelancers who already have experience in healthcare / mental health / rehabilitation / institutional campus projects will be preferred. If you already have a similar completed project, you may adapt and sell it for this project. Scope of Work (For Initial Phase) For now, I require basic design development drawings, including: Mandatory Drawings & Scales Site Plan – Scale 1:500 (WITH contours – non-negotiable) Ground Floor Plan with Site Context – Scale 1:100 Respective Floor Plans – Scale 1:100 Site Sections – Scale 1:500 Building Sections – Scale 1:100 Site Elevation – Scale 1:500 Building Elevations – Scale 1:100 Relevant Architectural Details – Scale 1:20 Basic 3D Visualizations / Massing Views site area is 10 acres

For the 10-acre site, I can deliver a clear and permit-ready design development package, including the 1:500 site plan with contours, 1:100 floor plans, sections, elevations, and selected 1:20 architectural details, supported by basic 3D massing studies for design validation. I am currently involved in a similar project covering design, calculations, and on-site implementation. If required, I can adapt a completed healthcare or campus project as a reference for this assignment.
