Comparing two DWG files "by eye" across all layers, blocks, and attributes is a sure way to miss a dimension shift of a couple of millimeters. I'd run both files through a script: differences in geometry, dimension text, and material specifications, then red and green markups on a separate layer over the drawing. One limitation: if the DWG versions differ or there are external references (xrefs), I'll need both files along with their xrefs. Are these sheets from the same project in two revisions, or two different projects?
