Nature Resort & Ecological Master Planning Architect Required for Large-Scale Plantation-Based Destination Project Project Description: We are looking for an experienced Architect, Landscape Architect, Ecological Planner, or Nature Resort Designer who has previously worked on nature resorts, eco-tourism destinations, forest retreats, wilderness lodges, conservation parks, botanical parks, regenerative landscapes, or plantation-integrated developments. This is a unique project where architecture, ecology, plantations, biodiversity, water systems, and visitor experience must be integrated into a single master plan. Project Scope The selected consultant will be responsible for developing a comprehensive master plan for a large nature-focused destination that includes: Plantation and forest integration Nature trails and walking circuits Eco-sensitive accommodation concepts Nature resort planning Wellness and retreat zones Waterbody integration Biodiversity enhancement zones Visitor experience design Sustainable mobility planning Viewpoint and landscape planning Environmental interpretation areas Low-impact infrastructure planning Revenue-generating eco-tourism components The objective is to create a destination that feels like a natural forest ecosystem rather than a conventional resort. Deliverables The architect/team should provide: Site Analysis Report Concept Development Master Planning Land Use Planning Plantation Integration Strategy Architectural Design Guidelines Resort/Zoning Layout Nature Trail Network Design Water Management Concept Sustainability Framework Visitor Journey Mapping Presentation Drawings and 3D Concept Visualizations Required Experience Applicants must have experience in one or more of the following: Nature Resorts Eco Resorts Forest Resorts Wildlife Lodges Ecological Planning Landscape Architecture Conservation Tourism Projects Regenerative Development Projects Botanical Gardens Large Plantation Developments Nature Parks Sustainable Tourism Infrastructure Application Requirements When applying, please provide: Portfolio of similar completed projects. Project size and location. Your specific role in each project. Master plan samples. Landscape architecture samples. Resort planning samples. Any plantation, forestry, ecological, or conservation-related projects. Team structure and expertise. Proposed methodology for this project. Estimated timeline and fees. Preference Will Be Given To Architects who have designed eco-resorts or forest resorts. Landscape architects with ecological restoration experience. Teams with plantation, biodiversity, and water-management expertise. Professionals who understand how to balance environmental conservation with commercial viability. Important Note Please do not apply unless you can demonstrate previous experience in nature-based developments, eco-tourism destinations, forest resorts, conservation projects, or plantation-integrated master planning. Portfolio examples are mandatory.
