ArcGIS Point Data Spatial Analysis

I need an ArcGIS map built expressly for geospatial analysis, with the emphasis on spatial statistics applied to point data. The goal is to move beyond simple visualization and extract statistically significant patterns—hot spots, clusters, outliers, or similar insights—directly within ArcGIS Pro (or ArcMap if you prefer). Here is what I will provide: • A point-based dataset (CSV or shapefile) containing coordinates and several numeric attributes available for statistical testing. • A short note explaining the business questions driving the analysis. The written summary answers the original business questions in plain language.
