Dear Employer I have master degree in GIS and Cartography. I graduated from AGH (Poland) and IFNTUOG (Ukraine). I use GIS software for a long time. Additionally, I would like to share that two years ago, I founded a company which has now grown to a team of 40+ professionals. Our company specializes in projects related to Telecommunications, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Cartography, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and related fields. For our work, we utilize a variety of tools including ArcGIS (ESRI), QGIS, MapInfo, PNI, GISFO, 3eye, Google Earth, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, among others. We did a lot of projects in Italy that were mostly connected to telecommunications, but it always means a deep analysis by using Google Maps, Google Earth, Apple maps and some other resources. Workflow will cover: ingesting your boundary shapefile and ancillary layers; pre-processing and alignment; deriving/stacking suitable imagery and ancillary variables (e.g., Sentinel-2/Landsat where helpful) to improve class separability; performing classification and post-processing to eliminate gaps; then validating coverage inside the Area of Interest for missing pixels and any topology issues. Cartography deliverables include standard LULC class labelling and symbology using report-ready colours, a complete layout with title, north arrow, scale bar, coordinate grid, and legend.
