I have a collection of personal letters written in English that I need translated into clear, culturally appropriate Hindi. Because these are niji patra, sensitivity and confidentiality are essential. The work is limited to letter-style documents only; no web pages or formal government paperwork is involved. Scope • Translate each letter from English to Hindi, preserving the original tone, emotion, and intent. • Keep names, dates, and any quoted phrases exactly as they appear. • Deliver the final text in an editable Word or Google Docs file so I can review and add personal notes if needed. Quality Expectations • Natural, reader-friendly Hindi that sounds as if it was originally written in the language. • No machine-translation output; every line should be human-crafted and proof-read. • Absolute discretion—nothing shared outside this project. If you have prior experience translating private correspondence and can commit to quick turnarounds, I would love to work with you. Please include a short sample from a past letter translation (with sensitive details removed) so I can gauge style and accuracy.
