Arabic to English Translation of Article on Legal Personality

Job Description:
We are in need of a skilled Arabic-English translator to translate ~2 pages (1112 words) of an academic article.
The topic of the article is related to legal personality from an Islamic Jurisprudential view.
Prospective candidates should be aware that the article is of an academic nature and includes some very technical terms (related to law & Islamic jurisprudence), therefore a solid understanding of these concepts is needed as well as a high-level of English proficiency to effectively communicate the ideas contained in the article.
To begin, we ask potential candidates to translate the 2 sentences (SEE ATTACHMENT: SAMPLE) before being offered the two pages:
If you wish to apply to the project, we would greatly appreciate if you could first send a translation of the two sample sentences so that we can get a feel for the work, and then successful candidates will be offered the job. This project is open to more than one freelancer.
With the translation of the full two pages, we don't need any back and forth or revisions, just a one-time translation to see the quality of work. Successful candidates may be offered to translate the full document as well as be offered future projects of this nature.
