I am looking for a billing support person to respond to billing requests from my clients. Requirements below:
- Spend 5 to 10 hours per week (depends on hourly rate)
- Speak fluent English with little to no ascent
- Willing to reply to Support tickets, emails, phone calls and text messages
- Willing to respond internally to Slack messages
- Allow our team to respond on this person's behalf when this person is not available
- Use our Billing system to make changes client's accounts
- Understand and cite our Terms of Service while providing support to customers
- Chase after late payments from clients
Ideally I am looking for someone for around $10/hr @ 25 hrs per month (or $250 per month).
