Hello, how you would store your items, cards or other pictures. Much better if they are computer based from beginning, not a photo you can make. Having computer-based logos, texts - we can just keep all them in some safe place, your computer (laptop) or website. So in any moment - you can overview all pictures / labels you have. 1) picture name or URL from Internet or label of item 2) Date / Time when you had placed it to your work 3) May be comments Before to place new item - you can go through latest existing items, may be using a search. Search by picture too (to find the same picture in your library). About price - any program is hard to make independently from how you will use it for yourself or sell to millions. Without of programming - you can just use LibreOffice Calc table and place all items descriptions to it having simple search between them (I do similar for own files).
