I need a tool that lets me fire off unlimited SMS messages worldwide, specifically for marketing campaigns. My contact data will arrive in simple CSV uploads, so the system has to read the file, map the columns, and then merge field values (first name, product, promo code, etc.) into each text so every recipient receives a fully personalised message. Key objectives • Reach: send to any country without per-country setup on my side. • Personalisation: placeholder tags drawn from the uploaded CSV must render correctly in the message body. • Throughput & deliverability: handle large batches without throttling issues, with safeguards against duplicate sends. • Compliance: include an opt-out tag or link that meets standard carrier regulations. I’m open to whatever stack you prefer—Twilio, Vonage, MessageBird, custom SMPP, or another gateway—provided you can demonstrate low latency delivery and give me full ownership of API keys and source code at hand-off.
