My main objective is simple: I want a fully working system that I can trust every day without babysitting it. Right now the critical pieces are: • Automations that move items between boards, trigger status changes, and keep data flowing in real-time • Two-way links with Google Calendar and Calendly so dates stay perfectly in sync • Webhook–based connections to a few custom services What I need from you 1. Audit the current setup, map out every automation and integration, and identify where things are failing or overlapping. 2.
