El detalle que suele romper este tipo de bot es el cierre de vela: el Nasdaq y el crudo tienen huecos de sesión y el cierre de 4 h depende del huso horario de tu proveedor, así que si el cron dispara demasiado pronto la vela aún no está consolidada y el precio sale mal. Lo resuelvo con un scheduler en UTC más reintentos hasta confirmar que la vela está cerrada, y zona horaria configurable. Lo haría en Python con un archivo YAML donde añades o quitas activos y chats sin tocar código, RSI y cruce de medias con pandas-ta, envío a Telegram por Bot API y a WhatsApp vía la Cloud API o Twilio, todo como servicio systemd con logs y reinicio automático.
