Hello Dev,
I need a specialist in APIs with some knowledge on WhatsApp and CRM systems, as I'm migrating to another WhatsApp API provider service. So if i don't extract all the conversations of each client from my actual provider, i will lose a lot of precious information.
Fortunately we have an API service to work, the steps are:
1) Studying and Connecting to this API [login to view URL]
2) Searching each client ID
3) Extract all the interactions from each Client ID. Differentiating between business agent message and client massage.
4) Upload all chats to a system where it can be readable. Where we can search the client's content history.
Note: The most important customer data is his phone number ("phone": "+573183490777") to identify them. As a secondary is their name ("firstName": "Steve" , "lastName": "Hernandez")
