Accelo CRM Email & Doc Automation

I need a custom-built integration that plugs straight into our Accelo CRM and takes the manual effort out of onboarding and ongoing client communication. The tool must talk to Accelo’s API, watch each project’s status, and then handle three key workflows for me: 1. Email communication • Fire off automated onboarding emails the moment a new client record appears. • Send stage completion notifications as work progresses through Accelo milestones. • Schedule follow-up reminders so nothing slips past once a stage closes. 2. Document automation • Generate or pull the right files for each client, allow in-browser document editing, and keep every version stored and searchable inside Accelo. • Push each file to an e-signature flow (DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or a comparable service) and bring the signed copy back to the client’s timeline automatically. • Ensure every signed or revised document is stored and retrievable from the same client record without duplicate uploads. 3. Onboarding process • Trigger welcome emails, spin up the user’s account in our linked systems, and deliver initial documentation—all without me touching a thing. Acceptance criteria • All three email sequences send reliably and are logged on the contact’s Accelo activity feed. • Documents show true, signed status in Accelo within 60 seconds of completion. • A simple dashboard lets me adjust email templates, document folders, and stage mappings without developer help. • Solution is authenticated via OAuth, respects Accelo rate limits, and ships with installation notes and clean, well-commented code. If you have proven experience with Accelo’s REST API, webhooks, and cloud email or signature platforms, I’d love to get this running smoothly.
