Hi I could do it with a Twilio since they have a readymade solution for the Whatsapp Business integration to your business model. I have built 6 integration projects with various CRMs (Odoo, SAP, Custom CRM,, based on Python) I have used Twilio Wati, YCloud and custom Python-based solution for integration. The similar project was to integrate whatsapp messaging into the sales application for water distributing systems. The system was sending the billing information to the user Whatsapp accounts. It also had payment options (redirecting to the bank account) and other operations involved) I recommend Twilio, Wati Or YCloud. They can be used and configured according to your specs. As for time, I believe we will require 3 days as there are some details which will take time. (for example message templates).
