Hi, a clean QuickBooks Online file wired both ways to Salesforce so invoices, payments and deposits stop being retyped. The connector is the easy half. Mapping it against live data you can't disturb is not. How we would do it: chart of accounts, tax settings and bank feeds first, then map customers, products, classes and payment terms in a sandbox org, run sample sales plus refunds through it, then repoint at production. Sync failures write to an error queue you can read. Which Salesforce edition are you on? Closest thing we've shipped is a CRM to ledger sync where refunds had to reverse cleanly.
