I'm looking to build a versatile online marketplace platform (a responsive website that works well on phones and computers), similar to platforms like Airtasker, Uber, or Didi but focused on transporting goods, cars, motorcycles, furniture, and general freight. It connects customers who need something moved with independent drivers who bid on the work. Key requirements: - Simple, trustworthy experience for customers: Easy job posting, clear updates, and a sense of security for their items. - Smooth bidding flow: Customers post jobs with budgets; drivers bid; customers choose. The process should feel seamless for both sides. - Driver onboarding and verification: Straightforward licence and insurance upload with admin approval. - Escrow payments: Funds held securely until job completion, then released to the driver minus our commission. Open to recommendations like Stripe Connect or other providers. - Route and date matching for drivers: Drivers can filter jobs by route/date and receive email alerts for matching jobs. - Functional admin dashboard: Manage drivers, jobs, payments, payouts, and disputes effectively. On design: We’ll handle branding (logo, colors, fonts) separately but want clean, modern screens that are mobile-friendly.
