EDIT: BUDGET IS $1,000 TO $2,000 AUD. PLEASE UPDATE BIDS AS APPROPRIATE. I am looking for an experienced FlutterFlow + Supabase developer to build the MVP for a new community gardening and local food platform. Core Concept The platform will connect: People → Communities → Gardens → Crops → Harvests → Marketplace → Requests → Local Demand → Better Growing Decisions Preferred technology: • FlutterFlow — mobile app/frontend • Supabase — backend/database/authentication • PostgreSQL database • Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) • Stripe or suitable payment integration • Push notifications • AI/API integration for garden design • Google Maps/location functionality where appropriate • iOS and Android deployment The application must be structured so that the underlying database and architecture can scale. Other features - user login - community selection (geographically based) - community hub and open forum (discussion and event creation) - my garden. AI tool for garden design ideas. Garden building and maintenance service - crop tracking once veggies are growing - local marketplace. "I want" / produce requests. Feature to outline excess produce. Matching the supply (excess) with the demand - sale of vegetable boxes from excess produce - Community Needs / Local Food Intelligence - “What Should I Grow?”The app should eventually provide personalised growing recommendations - Notifications - Admin Dashboard Suggested Database Architecture Please design the database properly rather than building a collection of disconnected screens. Initial tables may include: • USERS • COMMUNITIES • USER_COMMUNITIES • GARDENS • GARDEN_CROPS • CROPS • HARVESTS • GARDEN_DESIGNS • AI_DESIGN_REQUESTS • LISTINGS • PRODUCE_REQUESTS • MATCHES • ORDERS • ORDER_ITEMS • VEGGIE_BOXES • BOX_ITEMS • FORUM_CATEGORIES • FORUM_POSTS • FORUM_COMMENTS • FORUM_REACTIONS • FORUM_REPORTS • COMMUNITY_EVENTS • EVENT_ATTENDEES • NOTIFICATIONS The final schema should be proposed by the developer based on best practice. The architecture needs to support future expansion without requiring the application to be rebuilt. Ownership All major accounts must be owned by me, including: • FlutterFlow • Supabase • Apple Developer • Google Play Developer • Domain • Stripe • AI/API accounts The developer will be given appropriate access. All source code, database structure, workflows, designs and project assets must belong to the client. Development Milestones I would prefer development to occur in milestones rather than paying for the entire application upfront. Milestone 1 — Architecture • Supabase database • Authentication • Community architecture • Basic FlutterFlow structure • RLS/security • Core navigation Milestone 2 — Gardens • User gardens • Crops • Crop tracking • Garden photos • AI garden design prototype Milestone 3 — Community • Community Hub • Open forum • Posts/comments • Basic moderation/reporting • Community events • Swap meet functionality Milestone 4 — Marketplace • Listings • Search/browse • Sell/swap/give away • Produce requests Milestone 5 — Matching • Produce matching • Notifications • Community connections Milestone 6 — Veggie Boxes • Boxes • Orders • Payments Milestone 7 — Community Intelligence • Community demand • Supply/demand analysis • “What should I grow?” • AI/personalised recommendations Developer Requirements I am looking for someone with demonstrated experience in: • FlutterFlow • Supabase • PostgreSQL • Relational database design • Mobile application development • Authentication • RLS/security • Marketplace applications • API integrations • AI/API integrations • Social/community features • Forums or discussion platforms • Event functionality • iOS and Android deployment Experience with image-based AI applications or AI garden/landscape design would be highly desirable. I am not looking for someone who simply builds screens. I need someone who understands the underlying architecture and can help build this properly from the beginning. Please Include in Your Application 1. Examples of FlutterFlow applications you have built. 2. Examples using Supabase/PostgreSQL. 3. Examples of marketplace applications. 4. Examples of AI/API integrations. 5. Examples of forums, social/community or event functionality you have built. 6. Explain how you would implement the AI garden design feature, including how you would take a user’s garden photo and generate useful design concepts. 7. Explain how you would structure the Community → User → Garden → Crop → Harvest → Marketplace → Forum relationship. 8. Explain how you would protect user data using Supabase RLS. 9. Tell me whether you recommend FlutterFlow + Supabase for this project and why. 10. Provide your estimated cost and timeframe for each milestone. 11. Tell me what you would build in Milestone 1 before moving into the rest of the application. Developer Selection I will be assessing developers based on: • FlutterFlow experience — 15% • Supabase/PostgreSQL experience — 25% • Database architecture — 20% • Marketplace experience — 10% • Security/RLS — 10% • Mobile deployment — 5% • Communication and understanding of the concept — 10% • Price — 5% I am particularly interested in finding a developer who can help build a solid foundation that can scale, rather than simply producing the cheapest possible prototype.

Hi, I’m interested in building this MVP with the database architecture and security foundation designed properly from the beginning—not just connecting screens. For Milestone 1, I would establish: • PostgreSQL schema and relationships • Supabase Auth and role structure • RLS policies and data-access rules • Community → User → Garden → Crop → Harvest relationships • Marketplace-ready data structure • Core FlutterFlow architecture/navigation • Storage strategy for garden photos • API/integration structure • Development and deployment setup The AI garden feature could accept a garden photo plus user inputs such as space, location, sunlight and preferences, then send structured information to an AI/image service to generate practical garden design concepts. I’d keep this modular so the AI provider can be changed later. The marketplace would connect Harvests/Listings with Produce Requests through structured matching rather than hard-coded screens. Forums, events, notifications and veggie boxes would use the same relational foundation. I’d also ensure users only access records permitted by their role/community through Supabase RLS, with sensitive operations protected server-side. I’d be happy to discuss the schema and Milestone 1 before development begins. Best regards, Suresh

Hi — Elias here from Miami. I see you're looking to build a community gardening mobile app using FlutterFlow and Supabase. It's a great initiative that can really foster local engagement. What usually matters most here is ensuring a seamless user experience while managing the complexities of geolocation and community interactions. A common issue in systems like this is ensuring data integrity across user roles, especially when handling payments through Stripe. The tricky part is usually balancing scalability with maintainability. I suggest structuring the app with a focus on modular components, which will make it easier to update or expand features down the line. Leveraging Supabase effectively for real-time data can enhance the user experience and ensure reliability. I’ve worked on similar community-driven platforms and have experience integrating payment systems while managing user permissions. A few questions to better understand the scope: Q1 – How do you envision the user roles and permissions for community members and admins? Q2 – What are your expectations for scaling the app as the community grows? Q3 – Are there any specific features or integrations you consider essential for the MVP? Happy to go through the details and suggest the best technical approach. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello, FlutterFlow + Supabase Gardening Platform {{{ I HAVE CREATED SIMILAR BEFORE AND I CAN SHOW YOU }}} I have carefully reviewed your requirements and understand that you need a scalable community gardening platform connecting users, communities, gardens, crops, harvests and a local marketplace. I have 11+ years of mobile and backend development experience and recommend FlutterFlow + Supabase/PostgreSQL for the MVP, with Supabase Auth, RLS, storage and APIs providing a strong foundation for future expansion. I will start with a properly normalized database architecture covering Users → Communities → Gardens → Crops → Harvests → Listings/Requests → Matches → Orders, along with forum, events, notifications and AI-related entities. I can implement the garden management, community/forum, marketplace, produce matching, veggie boxes, Stripe payments, notifications, Google Maps and AI garden-design integration, with iOS/Android deployment. For the AI garden feature, users can upload a garden photo and details such as dimensions, location, sunlight and preferences. The backend can process the image and structured inputs through an AI vision/API workflow to generate practical garden layout and crop suggestions. All accounts, source code, database, workflows and project assets will remain under your ownership. I eagerly await your positive response. Thanks, Karuna

Hi, Mateo here, from Toronto. FlutterFlow specifically isn't in my direct history, general Flutter is, so flagging that honestly. Where I'm confident is the architecture, and that's the real complexity here. Community-User-Garden-Crop-Harvest-Marketplace-Forum: COMMUNITIES and USER_COMMUNITIES anchor access control since almost everything checks membership first. GARDENS reference both user and community. CROPS is shared reference data, GARDEN_CROPS is the join tracking what's planted, HARVESTS are timestamped events off that join, feeding crop tracking and later recommendations without new tables. LISTINGS and PRODUCE_REQUESTS reference garden and community, MATCHES links them separately so matching logic can evolve independently. RLS: scope by community membership first, ownership second, enforced at the database, not the client. AI garden design: photo feeds a vision-capable model, results logged in AI_DESIGN_REQUESTS with raw response stored for auditability. I recommend Supabase regardless of FlutterFlow, RLS fits this community-scoped model well. Milestone 1 exactly as scoped: schema, RLS, auth, community join, core navigation. Looking forward to working with you.

Hi, We can build this MVP with FlutterFlow + Supabase/PostgreSQL, focusing first on a scalable database architecture rather than simply creating screens. We’ll structure the Community → User → Garden → Crop → Harvest → Marketplace relationships with proper foreign keys, indexes, authentication and Supabase RLS policies. For the AI garden designer, we can allow users to upload garden photos and preferences, process them through an AI vision/API workflow and generate practical layout and crop recommendations. Marketplace listings, produce requests, matching, forums, events, notifications, payments and admin functionality can then build on the same foundation. Milestone 1 would establish the schema, RLS/security, authentication, community structure, core navigation and FlutterFlow/Supabase architecture before feature development. We can provide iOS/Android deployment and keep all accounts and source ownership under your control. Estimated timeline: 10–14 weeks Estimated budget: $4,000–$6,000 AUD Best regards, Ludiac Solutions

Hi, This is a Great Fit for our Marketplace and Community-Platform Experience. We have already developed *** Jayeek *** a Mobile Marketplace with Users, Service Providers, Requests, Matching, Notifications and Real-Time Workflows. We’ve also worked on *** Adhya Universe ***, which includes Community-Style Interactions, Live Communication and Service Workflows. For the AI garden feature, we can take a garden photo plus user inputs and send them through an AI/API workflow to generate suitable design ideas. I would suggest starting with the database architecture, authentication, RLS and core FlutterFlow structure before moving into the garden features. Would you like me to share our closest mobile marketplace examples along with a milestone-wise estimate? Best Regards, Harish

★★★ FLUTTERFLOW + SUPABASE ARCHITECT ★★★ This platform should be designed around the Community → User → Garden → Crop → Harvest relationships first, because marketplace listings, requests, matching and “What Should I Grow?” will all depend on that underlying data model. I would not start by building screens from the feature list. I recommend FlutterFlow + Supabase for the MVP: FlutterFlow gives fast native iOS/Android delivery, while PostgreSQL provides the relational structure needed for gardens, crops, harvests, listings, orders and community data. Supabase Auth and RLS would enforce access at database level, with policies based on user, community and resource ownership rather than relying only on FlutterFlow visibility rules. Milestone 1 would establish the PostgreSQL schema, foreign keys/indexes, Auth, role model, RLS policies, storage structure, core FlutterFlow architecture and API boundaries. I’d validate this foundation before building the feature milestones. For AI garden design, I’d store the user's garden photo and structured inputs such as location, dimensions, sunlight and preferences, send the image plus those parameters to the selected vision/AI API, then save the generated design request/result so recommendations remain tied to the actual garden. I’d also design marketplace supply/dema

Hi there, Hope you are doing well I’d love to help build your Community Gardening & Local Food Platform using FlutterFlow and Supabase. I understand that you’re not simply looking for screens—you need a proper relational architecture, secure data model, scalable workflows, and a foundation that can support the marketplace, community, AI, and local food intelligence features over time. we have experience building mobile applications, marketplaces, community platforms, backend systems, API integrations, and AI-powered features. Recommended Architecture I recommend FlutterFlow + Supabase for the MVP because it provides rapid cross-platform development while retaining PostgreSQL, authentication, storage, APIs, and Row Level Security. Frontend: FlutterFlow Backend: Supabase Database: PostgreSQL Security: Supabase Auth + RLS Storage: Supabase Storage Payments: Stripe Maps: Google Maps Notifications: Firebase/Push Notifications AI: External AI/image-generation APIs Platforms: iOS & Android Database & Core Architecture I would design the relationships around: Community → User → Garden → Crop → Harvest → Listing/Request → Match → Order with separate structures for forums, events, notifications, AI requests, and community intelligence. The schema would be normalized and designed around relationships rather than disconnected screens, with appropriate indexes, foreign keys, timestamps, status fields, audit information, and extensibility.

Hi there! I see you’re looking to create a community gardening mobile app using FlutterFlow and Supabase. The goal of building an MVP to foster community engagement in gardening is exciting, and I’m keen to help bring that to life. I noticed you need skills in geolocation, database design, and API integration, which are crucial for the app's functionality. Are there specific features or user interactions you envision that we should prioritize? To ensure a smooth development process, I recommend starting with a clear feature set and wireframes. This will help refine the scope and reduce potential risks down the line. After that, we can move into development with regular feedback loops to keep everything aligned. I've built similar projects before, like a regional booking platform for a tutoring company, an internal CRM for a property agency, and a React Native field-reporting app. I’m looking forward to the possibility of collaborating on this project! Hi, The heart of this is the schema, not the screens, so I'll start there. I'd model Community, User, Garden, Crop, Harvest as normalized relational tables with join tables like USER_COMMUNITIES and GARDEN_CROPS, then enforce access with Supabase RLS keyed on the authenticated user and their community memberships, so a person only reads and writes rows tied to their own gardens and communities. Marketplace listings and produce requests feed a MATCHES table that pairs excess supply with demand. We've built event and mobile platforms end to end, including a two year event platform with Stripe payments and attendee tools, plus REST and third party API integrations I've delivered on paid contracts. As CTO I've led the development of 50+ products across 15 years. One question on the AI garden design: do you want photo based redesign of an existing plot, or generated concepts from plot size and sunlight inputs? That changes the API approach a lot. For Milestone 1 I'd deliver Supabase auth, the core relational schema, RLS policies, community selection by geography, and FlutterFlow navigation, so you release payment only once that foundation runs. Which one shall we lock first, the schema or the AI feature scope? Adil

Hi, Building a community gardening app involves not only delivering a functional mobile interface but also ensuring smooth data flow and user engagement tailored to community needs. The main technical risk is defining clear data synchronization and interaction patterns to maintain consistency across users and devices. While my background is primarily in backend AI systems, I have designed scalable and modular architectures that separate data ingestion, processing, and presentation layers, which is critical for any interactive app. I typically design systems by separating core services such as data management and user interaction layers to allow independent scaling and easier maintenance. Validating the data synchronization approach early will prevent common pitfalls in user experience. Ensuring reliable data updates and fallback mechanisms will reduce user friction and improve app stability over time. I can start by outlining a robust backend data architecture and mapping user interaction flows to support your community gardening objectives. Clifton

Hi, I looked at your requirements and the hardest part is creating a scalable data model where communities, gardens, crops, harvests, marketplace activity, and recommendations work as one system rather than disconnected features. I’d start with the Supabase schema, relationships, RLS, authentication, and FlutterFlow foundation, then build each milestone on that structure. AI, marketplace matching, payments, notifications, and both mobile deployments can then be added without redesigning the core. Quick questions: Q1. Should marketplace transactions be limited to users within the same community or allow nearby communities to participate? Q2. For AI garden design, should the first version generate visual concepts from photos or primarily provide planting recommendations? These clarify two important architectural decisions before Milestone 1. I can take ownership of the foundation and build toward a maintainable production MVP. Jonas Dedzo

This platform should be designed around the Community → User → Garden → Crop → Harvest → Marketplace relationships from day one—not built as disconnected FlutterFlow screens. I’d use FlutterFlow + Supabase/PostgreSQL for the MVP, with the database schema and Supabase RLS designed before feature development. Milestone 1 would establish authentication, community membership, core relationships, ownership boundaries, RLS policies, and the FlutterFlow navigation/data structure. Marketplace listings, produce requests, matching, notifications, and AI features can then build on that foundation instead of requiring a rewrite later. For the AI garden designer, I’d treat the photo as an input to an API workflow, store the design request/result, and keep the generated concepts linked to the user's garden so they can become useful structured data later. Two things I’d confirm: can users belong to multiple communities, and can gardens have multiple owners/managers? I’d be happy to discuss the architecture and milestone plan before starting.

Hello there , I can build this community gardening and local food platform using FlutterFlow + PostgreSQL, with the database and security architecture designed properly from the start for future expansion. My approach: FlutterFlow for responsive iOS/Android app development Supabase Auth + PostgreSQL + Row Level Security (RLS) Proper relational structure: Community → User → Garden → Crops → Harvests → Listings → Requests → Matches → Orders Community hub, forum, events, moderation and notifications Garden/crop tracking with photos Marketplace for sell/swap/give-away and produce requests Stripe/payment integration and veggie-box ordering Google Maps/location-based communities I would start with Milestone 1 by designing the complete PostgreSQL schema, relationships, authentication, RLS policies, Supabase functions/API structure, FlutterFlow project architecture and core navigation before building the feature modules. I have experience with Flutter/FlutterFlow, Supabase, PostgreSQL, marketplaces, SaaS platforms, AI/API integrations, payments, notifications and role-based systems, and can handle iOS + Android deployment. All FlutterFlow, Supabase, Apple, Google Play, Stripe and AI accounts can remain under your ownership, with complete source code and project assets handed over. I’m happy to provide milestone-wise cost/timeline, and a detailed technical plan before development begins. Thanks

✅✅ A community garden and local food MVP on Supabase, built schema first so it scales not rebuilds ✅✅ ⏱️ Duration >> milestone 1 in 2 weeks || Cost >> 3700 AUD across the build RLS decides this, a marketplace and forum, not a single user app. In Supabase the client hits Postgres directly, so access control cannot sit in the UI, a hidden screen still lets a crafted call read another community's rows. Every table needs its own policy from milestone one, a listing editable only by its owner. Retrofit RLS later and you reopen every table, the rebuild you want to avoid. Matching is the other early call. Requests, listings and matches are a many to many join, and orders confirm on the Stripe webhook keyed once, not the success screen, or a dropped call sells a box twice. That belongs in the milestone one schema even though it ships later, or the tables will not fit. Milestone one is the schema for the whole chain, Community to Garden to Crop to Marketplace, with auth, RLS and navigation, so later milestones drop onto tables that already exist. Everything in your own Supabase, Stripe and store accounts, code and schema yours. Straight with you, I work in Flutter and Supabase with Postgres and RLS rather than FlutterFlow itself. Around across the build. ⚡ Is FlutterFlow a hard requirement, or open to plain Flutter on the same Supabase back end? It changes how the AI feature is wired. Best regards, Pier
