I use ClickUp as my case management system and want to automate parts of my workflow with Make.com. I am looking for an experienced [login to view URL] + ClickUp integrator to build 3 small, clearly defined scenarios: Auto-name task When I fill in an address field on a ClickUp task, the scenario should automatically set the task name to that address and generate a short Markdown description with basic client/case info. Startup flow (case folder + welcome email) When I change the status of a task from an initial “new inquiry” status to a “started” status, the scenario should: Create a case folder structure in OneDrive Save the folder link back on the ClickUp task Call Perplexity AI via API with task data to generate a Danish welcome email Create a draft email in Outlook (not send automatically) Focus inheritance (parent → subtasks) When I change a “focus” custom field on a parent task (for example to mark it as the active case), all its subtasks should automatically inherit the same value, so my ClickUp boards can filter on the currently active case. I already have accounts for ClickUp, [login to view URL], OneDrive, Outlook and Perplexity API. You do not need to speak Danish – I will provide all Danish email text and prompts. Budget and Milestones Total project budget: $200 USD. Milestone 1 – $80 USD Scenario 1 (auto-name task) + Scenario 3 (focus inheritance) implemented and tested with dummy data.
