I need someone to refactor and extend three core HR modules—Payroll, Employee Management and Recruitment—while modernising the accounting layer so everything feels like one seamless suite. The upgrade must introduce advanced reporting dashboards that combine HR and financial data in real time, give managers and field staff full mobile access (Android + iOS, responsive web is fine), and expose clean, well-documented REST APIs. Those APIs will later let us slot this system into a larger in-house EPC company ERP we are planning, so forward-compatible architecture is critical. Key expectations • Revamp the existing codebase without breaking current workflows or data. • Build API-first integrations that can pull/push data to external platforms (payroll gateways, banking feeds, project-costing tools). • Deliver drill-down reports and KPI visualisations for executives as well as operational screens for HR officers. • Optimise for cross-browser/mobile use and role-based security.
