Immediate need : I'm connecting our RingCentral Contact Center (NICE CXone) platform to Salesforce Sales Cloud and need an experienced developer to own the build over the next 20 to 40 hours. What it needs to do: On every inbound call, surface the matching Lead, Contact or Account to the agent If the caller is unknown, launch a guided screen that captures their details and creates a Lead on save Pass the dialed number through so the Lead is tagged with the campaign that drove the call The work: Configure Open CTI, Call Center and Softphone Layout using our existing managed package, so no custom adapter is needed. Build the Apex REST lookup endpoint CXone calls on each inbound call. Standardize phone data to +1 E.164 and set duplicate and matching rules so caller matching works. Build the Screen Flow and custom Lead fields for dialled number, recording link, source and campaign. Validate with Postman. The endpoint must be public facing, no client certificates, response under 32k. Deliverables Apex REST endpoint and Postman collection, CTI and Softphone Layout config, Screen Flow, duplicate rules, custom fields, and short hand-off notes. Tested in sandbox, then deployed to production with our admin team. Must have: Apex REST, Open CTI and Call Center configuration, Screen Flows, duplicate and matching rules. NICE CXone or RingCentral Contact Center required.

Hi, I’m Sahanaj. This is a very familiar Salesforce CTI integration pattern—I’ve handled Apex REST, Open CTI, Call Center/Softphone, Screen Flows, E.164 normalization and duplicate matching in production environments. I can own the full 20–40 hour build: CXone inbound lookup → Lead/Contact/Account matching → guided unknown-caller capture → campaign attribution → recording/source fields, with Postman validation and sandbox-to-production deployment. Timeline: 3–5 days Fixed price: $500 USD I’ll also make the endpoint lightweight and secure enough for the <32KB / sub-2-second response requirement. If you share the managed package details, I can start immediately.

I can help you. This is a straightforward CTI build if you stick to the existing managed package and avoid over-engineering. I'll configure the Call Center and Softphone Layout first, then build the Apex REST endpoint as a thin lookup service—no client certs, response compressed and field-limited to stay under 32k. I'll standardize phone numbers to +1 E.164 at the point of entry, then rely on duplicate/matching rules with indexed fields for reliable caller ID. For unknown callers, I'll build a Screen Flow that captures the essentials and creates a Lead on save, tagging it with the dialed number and campaign from a custom field. I'll validate the full flow with Postman against sandbox, then work with your admin team to deploy. I've done NICE CXone integrations and know the specific payloads and callbacks it expects from Open CTI. This will work, not just on paper.

Phone numbers arriving from CXone often come in local format, which can break the +1 E.164 matching you need. I'll start by normalizing every inbound number in the Apex REST endpoint before the duplicate check runs. Then I'll wire the Open CTI layout to pull the matching Lead, Contact or Account and launch the guided screen when no record exists. A common mistake is relying on a single duplicate rule that only checks raw phone strings, causing missed matches when callers use different formats. You can expect reliable caller pop ups, new leads created automatically, and a public endpoint that stays under the 32k limit, all verified with Postman.

Excited to take this on. The scope is crisp and nicely practical: make CXone and Salesforce shake hands, keep the agent view clean, and make unknown callers glide into a guided Lead flow without drama. I can own the full build for the next 20-40 hours: Open CTI, Call Center and Softphone Layout setup with your managed package, Apex REST lookup endpoint for inbound calls, +1 E.164 normalization, duplicate and matching rules, Screen Flow, custom Lead fields, Postman validation, sandbox testing, and deployment support alongside your admin team. I’ll keep the endpoint lean for the 32k response limit and structure the solution so it’s easy to hand off, maintain, and extend. Clear, tidy, production-minded work with no unnecessary flourishes, just the right ones.

Hello, As a result of a detailed review of your project requirements, I fully understand the inbound-call workflow you need between NICE CXone/RingCentral Contact Center and Salesforce Sales Cloud, including caller matching, unknown-caller lead capture, campaign attribution, and production deployment. I have experience with Salesforce Apex REST, Open CTI, Call Center configuration, Screen Flows, duplicate/matching rules, API integration, and Postman testing, and I'm available to start immediately. In my opinion, the key challenge is making caller matching reliable and fast while keeping the public REST response compact and secure. I would normalize all phone numbers to +1 E.164, build the Apex REST lookup endpoint for Lead/Contact/Account matching, configure CTI/Softphone Layout, create the guided Lead Screen Flow, add dialed-number/source/recording/campaign fields, and validate all paths in Postman before sandbox-to-production deployment. I have a couple of quick questions. • Is the NICE CXone managed package already installed and working in your sandbox? • Do you already have the dialed-number-to-campaign mapping rules defined? I would be glad to discuss further details and can work within the requested 20–40 hour window. Best regards, Carlos.

Hi, this is a clean CTI build: inbound calls need to resolve the right Salesforce record fast, and unknown callers should drop into a guided Lead capture without friction. I’ve built Salesforce integrations around Apex REST, Open CTI, Screen Flows, and duplicate/matching rules, including phone normalization and agent-side call handling. I’d keep your managed package intact and wire the CXone lookup endpoint to return a compact, public-facing response under 32k. My approach is straightforward: standardize numbers to +1 E.164, configure the Call Center and Softphone Layout, build the REST lookup and Postman tests, then create the Flow and Lead fields for dialed number, campaign, and recording link. I’ll validate in sandbox and leave short hand-off notes for your admin team. If you want this owned end-to-end, I can get started right away. Best regards, Gabriel

Hi, **Understanding of the Project:** I understand you need a Salesforce CTI integration that connects your phone/telephony system with Salesforce, allowing users to manage calls directly within Salesforce and automatically capture relevant call information. **My Solution:** I can develop the integration using Salesforce APIs, Apex, Lightning components, and the required CTI/telephony APIs. I can implement click-to-call, inbound call handling, screen pops, caller identification, call logging, call disposition, recordings/links where supported, and integration with relevant Salesforce objects. I’ll also handle authentication, error handling, testing, and documentation. **A Few Questions:** 1. Which CTI/telephony provider are you using, such as Twilio, RingCentral, Amazon Connect, or another system? 2. Which Salesforce edition and objects need to be integrated? 3. Do you already have API documentation and credentials/sandbox access? I’m ready to review the existing Salesforce setup and define the integration workflow. **Please initiate chat with me here in Freelancer chat.** Warm Regards, **Amit**

Hello, "On every inbound call, surface the matching Lead, Contact or Account to the agent" – you need the call data to instantly pull the right record and create a lead when unknown. I’ll expose a public Apex REST service that normalizes the number to E.164, applies your duplicate‑matching rules, and returns a JSON payload under 32 KB, then configure Open CTI and the softphone layout in the managed package to display the record and launch the screen flow. Will the CXone webhook include the raw caller number or already formatted E.164? Looking forward to working with you. Bojan

Hi There!!! Connecting RingCentral Contact Center to Salesforce Sales Cloud sounds like a well scoped integration, and what you need is Open CTI, Call Center and Softphone Layout configured using your existing managed package so no custom adapter gets built unnecessarily, while inbound calls surface matching Leads, Contacts or Accounts instantly. An Apex REST lookup endpoint can be built for CXone to call on each inbound interaction, with phone data standardized to plus one E.164 format and proper duplicate and matching rules set up so caller matching stays accurate every time. The Screen Flow along with custom Lead fields for dialled number, recording link, source and campaign will capture unknown caller details cleanly on save, and the whole setup will be validated through Postman before moving from sandbox testing into production with your admin team. A public facing endpoint under the 32k response limit, complete with a Postman collection and short hand-off notes, will round out the delivery so everything stays easy to maintain afterward. Let's connect over a quick chat to review the existing managed package and current CXone configuration. Best Regards, Hussain Ahmed Questions: 1. Is the managed package for Open CTI already installed in the org? 2. Do you have sandbox access ready for initial testing? 3. Are the duplicate and matching rules currently in place or need to be built?

Connecting NICE CXone to Salesforce for CTI usually comes down to the Open CTI or Service Cloud Voice adapter and getting screen pops and call logging mapped correctly. I have handled REST API integrations like this before and can start today. Rough estimate is 2 to 3 days based on the post, final scope and price will firm up once we go through your CXone setup together. Want to jump on a quick call?

Hello There, Couple of quick question: * **Should the incoming call automatically find the right Lead, Contact, or Account using normalized E.164 phone numbers, with an immediate fallback to a guided Lead-creation screen when no match is found?** * **Do you already have the NICE CXone/RingCentral managed package configured in the Salesforce sandbox, so we can focus directly on the Apex REST endpoint, Open CTI/Softphone setup, Screen Flow, matching rules, and end-to-end call testing?** We have experience in **integrating NICE CXone/RingCentral Contact Center with Salesforce Sales Cloud using Apex REST, Open CTI, Call Center and Softphone configuration, Screen Flows, E.164 phone normalization, duplicate/matching rules, campaign attribution, and automated Lead/Contact/Account lookup.** Our company has 17+ years experience in IT service development. You might see our profile is new, but not new in this business. Kindly open the chatroom, we can discuss your requirement in detail. Also release the payment once we are finish the task as you prefer. Give us a opportunity and we won't fail you. Thanks, Sandeep K.

Hi, I’ve worked with Salesforce Apex integrations, REST endpoints, Open CTI, Screen Flows, and CRM data matching, and this is the kind of integration where careful phone normalization and response handling matter just as much as the CTI configuration. Does your existing CXone managed package already define the exact request and response payload expected by the Apex REST endpoint? I’d configure the existing Call Center, Open CTI, and Softphone Layout without introducing a custom adapter, then build the Apex REST endpoint around the CXone payload. I’d normalize inbound numbers to E.164 before matching Leads, Contacts, and Accounts, with duplicate and matching rules designed around that normalized value. For unknown callers, I’d connect the CTI flow to a guided Screen Flow that captures the required Lead fields and campaign information. I’d validate the endpoint and edge cases through Postman in sandbox, then support the production deployment with your admin team. Thank you. Nicolas
