Custom Lead CRM Portal

I run a Panama-based marketing agency and need a developer who can turn our simple spreadsheet workflow into a small, web-based CRM. The core of the project is an admin page secured by a straightforward username-and-password login. Once inside, I should be able to see every incoming lead, open a record to edit its details, or remove it entirely if it’s junk. Leads will arrive through a public submission form that asks for three things only: • Name and contact details • Service types the prospect is interested in • Referral source Your job is to build that form, store the data, and expose it through a clean JSON-based API so our referral partners can post leads programmatically. Each partner will have a unique link or token; I need the system to register which partner generated the lead so we can calculate commissions later on. Scope highlights • Responsive admin dashboard (any modern JS or Python/PHP framework is fine) • Username/password authentication with secure hashing • REST (or GraphQL if you prefer) endpoints for create/read/update/delete leads • Referral token logic that ties every submission to the correct partner • Basic reporting view: total leads and count per referral • Clear setup instructions so my in-house team can deploy or move the code Acceptance criteria 1. I can log in, see a paginated lead list, edit a record, and delete it. 2. Posting JSON to the API with a valid partner token creates a lead and shows up instantly in the admin. 3. Each lead displays the captured name, contact info, selected services, and referral source exactly as submitted.
