I’d start by reviewing your current Laravel integration, mapping how ARI updates, bookings, and webhooks flow through the system, then refactor the logic to make it predictable and testable. OTA sends booking or ARI update - webhook hits Laravel - system validates payload - updates local state - pushes required sync back to Channex - logs and confirms status. Looks correct, but fails when webhook retries or delayed updates overwrite newer data. Out-of-order events can break availability in real use, so I handle it with idempotent processing, timestamp checks, and structured logging. Input - Channex API/webhooks. Processing - Laravel services. Output - consistent sync state. The part to get right early is webhook handling and ARI consistency.
