I would like to hire an Animator for a simple 30-45 sec. 2D animation

I've been seeing this girl for the past 2 months and I can already say I want her to be in my life forever. But things must start slow so asking her to my Girlfriend would be a good step, instead of just asking her I would like to have a video be made for her. The 2D animation would consist of us sitting on a couch, putting a Vinyl on the Record player, getting up and dancing for a bit, then asking her with cute bubble text to be mine. Something simple and cute. I have a song already picked out and everything. If you need pictures of what we both look like I will provide that and also the setting of the place, so you won't have to create it. This is something simple yet colorful and creative.
