Script:
Scene 1:
(Fade in)
A busy hotel lobby in Sydney. Bellhops scurry, guests check-in, the city buzz is palpable. A guest is at the front desk, receiving a welcome pack. They wave goodbye, venturing out into the city, the hotel's bustling activity fading behind them.
Narration: "In the pulsating heart of a city, the relationship between a hotel and its guest typically ends at the door."
Scene 2:
Cut to the guest alone on a bustling street. They look overwhelmed, clutching a big paper map in one hand and their phone in the other, dwarfed by Sydney's towering cityscape.
Narration: "Guests are left to explore alone, while the hotel waits in anticipation for their return, missing golden opportunities to engage."
Scene 3:
Back in the hotel room, the guest discovers the self-guided tours section in their welcome pack. A huge smile lights up their face as they scan the QR code on their phone.
Narration: "But what if the journey with the guest could continue beyond the hotel's entrance? Cue the self-guided tours."
Scene 4:
Animation transitions into the guest's phone screen, an interactive map springs to life with an exciting route through the city.

Scene 5:
The guest embarks on their adventure. With every step, they discover Sydney's hidden gems: sustainable cafes, vibrant street art, indigenous heritage sites. Their delight and excitement are palpable.

Scene 6:
As the day turns into evening, the guest ends up at a rooftop bar in Surry Hills, watching the sunset over the city skyline. Their expression is one of awe and satisfaction.

Scene 7:
