Talented pixel artist needed for Game Demo

I'm looking for a pixel artist with experience in animation and games to help with a game demo! Can pay hourly or flat, I'm going to need likely at least about 30 animations between 12-15 characters!
The style i'm looking for is retro 16-bit (Final Fantasy, Earthbound, Secret of Mana, Chrono Trigger etc.), it can even be simple (more Earthbound like), but it needs to have character and look polished!
