Need an animator to animate a cartoon show project

We are looking for an animator for a cartoon show I'm working on which will be 2D but "up to the animator" 3D ships, in the style of Rick & Morty. The project duration is less than 10 minutes, and I'm looking for a 2D animation style. I already have the script and storyboard ready, so the animator just needs to bring the story to life. I'm looking for an animator who can bring their creativity and expertise to the project to create a unique and engaging cartoon show.
Will pay as low as 50$ AUD per 1 minute at about 13 fps and as high as 30 fps but around $250 for a total of 5 minutes of animation or can be more and less based on the animator's request and can pay via PayPal, fivver or crypto, but mostly fivver for security reason.
the show is about a kid who gains power and explores a universe called Star Atlas and meets new people and a bunch of ship
Currently, the project investors are asking for characters to be done we have some designs we like you to use, the scene that will play at the start of each show, and scripting we will do on our part.
so we are looking for an animator that can accept 50$ AUD up front to make characters and the starting scene of each show witch will go for 30 sec max, then 200 to do the rest of the first show, then after we would pay 250 to 500 per show to be done, we also want someone that can be helpful and will be their to give us advise on the show and will also be crediting you in the show as well.
We have about 200 people waiting to view the show so the faster its done the better
