the number that decides this job is sixty to seventy hours of finished video. done the obvious way, opening each deck and clicking the slide along to the audio, that is weeks of attention, and the timing quietly drifts as it tires. there is a better route, and your own material makes it possible: the cues are spoken out loud. now lets look at slide twelve is sitting there in the audio. so the audio gets transcribed, the cue phrases located, and the slide timings derived from the transcript rather than by ear. that turns a lecture into a timing map quickly, and the human pass only checks the handful the transcript was unsure about instead of all of them. the logo is the other question, and it changes the effort a lot. if that placeholder sits on the slide master it is one change per deck. if it was pasted onto individual slides it needs a scripted pass across the files. send me one deck and i will tell you which you have. two things worth raising before anything starts. drift, because small alignment errors accumulate across a long lecture, so alignment gets checked at the end of each file as well as the start. and output size, because learners watch these on phones and often on mobile data, so the encode should be tuned for that rather than for maximum quality. send one audio file and its matching deck. the first finished lecture comes back to you as the checkpoint before the rest is run. is the budget for the full sixty to seventy hours, or per lecture?
