Instagram Reels Filming & Repurposing

I’m looking for a creative partner who can take raw footage of our premium real estate properties and turn it into eye-catching, vertical Reels that shine on Instagram. Here’s what I need from you: • Film or source short, on-brand clips when I can’t supply them myself. • Edit everything for a smooth, fast-paced flow at 1080×1920, adding light motion graphics or transitions when it helps the story. • Craft bold, catchy on-screen captions that pop without overwhelming the visuals. • Write the supporting caption copy in the same energetic tone, weaving in calls-to-action and the occasional emoji where it feels natural. • Repurpose each finished Reel for Meta and TikTok, adjusting hooks and length so the content feels native on those platforms. • When a quick product mock-up or text overlay is needed, jump into Canva (or InDesign if you prefer) to create it. Acceptance criteria 1. Final Reel delivered in .mp4, 1080×1920, under 30 seconds. 2. On-screen captions timed and styled for readability and brand colours. 3. Written caption (120–200 characters) supplied in a doc with suggested hashtags. 4. Alternative cuts exported for Meta Story and TikTok (if length differs).
