Please review the requirements for the two 3D models:
There has been two models developed in Maya. The models were supposed to be built with fully body rigging and bone structure to support animation (initial animation built in was Idle and Walking).
Rigged and Bone Structure need review:
The bone and rigging of the models also need to be checked. It doesn’t not seem to work properly in the models provided.
The blendshapes are not complete -
(We will need a model that has one of two things really: either a set of blend shapes (a.k.a shape keys or morph targets) that can form the required mouth shapes, or a rig that includes bones in the face for the jaw, lips, tongue etc.)
The model seems have good clothing setup, but the faces need more details or definition of facial items (nose, lips, eyes)
The faces of the models also need more detail. Please review:

Models will be imported to:
Unity 2017.3.0f3 (import file is FBX (some graphic application output to FBX (for Unity))
In order to add voice animation to the model, we will be using LipSync Pro within the Unity development environment. LipSync Pro requires the models to have the blend shape details in the face, eyes, mouth. (We can provide an email from LipSync technical support with what they required to be available in the models)
You should be able to tell the difference by the clothing. I have the Maya file that I can send over to you.
