Animation of Book Cover Reaveal

Need to create a book cover reveal animation, as per the below. Provided: Girl photo, image of city skyline, cover text. Need by early afternoon of 7 July, Sydney AU time.
If applying, must have portfolio for quality animation on Premiere, Final Cut etc. Lots of ongoing work for the right person.

Storyboard:
- Briefly - Pink almost opaque fill with clip of women in trenchcoat going past (or car, or something New Yorky)
-- This underlying clip transitions to a b/w bokeh'd skyline of NYC < skyline needs some subtle motion - light movement, rain, anything subtle.
- The pink shrinks into a book cover size, revealing background
- The building image clipped to crop to just the pink come up from the bottom
- The pink (and buildings) "split in the middle" to show the face
- Text comes in from all sides and final line at bottom is left-to-right revealed so it looks like it's being typed/written
- Neon pink 'Coming Soon' sign lights up on right
