Creating a 2 minute animation

I am looking for someone to create a 2 minute animation, a dialog (in English) between an frustrated American (disguised as an angry hamster) and a cross cultural expert. Here's the kind of image/taste/tone I look for in the animation: [login to view URL] The setting will start with an angry American (disguised as an angry hamster just like the video above though in this case was a squirrel) making a call. He has finished his sales presentation to a Japanese company having no clue whether he did well or not. So he calls a cultural expert (which would be me: I will send you a picture of myself so please make me into a animation figure) to understand what really went on during his sales presentation. The reason why I am creating this video is to show in a humorous way to show both sides, Japanese businesspeople & Non-Japanese, that we think differently and this often leads to miscommunication. Not offensive, of course. I am a Japanese :) I will have the script ready by 7/27(Fri) Japanese standard time and by then I will decide who to reward. Here are the requirements of this job: 1. Broadband connection You will need a broadband connection since I will need to talk to you (not text chat) over Skype (preferably on video) a couple of times if I decide to award you this project so make sure you have a good broadband connection. 2. Your past work Please send me a link of your past animation works so I will understand your taste and narrow down the candidates. 3. Schedule The schedule will be pretty tight since I will have a strict deadline to turn in this animation (this is a contest) by 8/4(Sat) Japanese time. I will decide who to reward by Friday (Japanese time). Then I need you to create this and turn in a first draft by 7/31(Tue). Then we will discuss about it and ask for you to do the final changes by 8/3(Fri). If you can also include the narration, you can have until 8/4(Sat) as your final deadline. 4. Interviewing If I like your past work, I would like to interview you on 7/26 (Thu) from 14:00-18:00 Japanese time. I will e-mail you to set the interview schedule. I will explain in detail about the settings (i.e. Japan side will have a very stereotyped room) and what I look for in the actual video that I will ask you to make. 5. Budget Since this is a short video and I am under strict budget, I cannot pay you more than $100. But if you can do the narration part too, I can go up to $120. You can put in your name at the end of the animation for credit.
