Node.js and Angular and ReactJs , developer for long term project

i am going to start new project which is like insurance company site . client requirement is Node.js + Angular and ReactJs .

Key things :

1 . you must be full time freelancer and available on call

2 . React + Angular + Node.js must have atelast 4-5 years experienced

3 . Must show me few example of related tech. Do not give me ready template things .

4 . how much you will charge Per month until project done a fixed price based .

5 . NDA will be signed , and you will not have any rights on code or anything related to project

Job has to be start from next 2-3 days once i select right person .
