Job Description:
Design and Create a android app providing below mentioned facilities:
1. Create a single account for all the family members.
2. Three types of roles should be there: [login to view URL] 2. Admin 3. Staff
3. For signup, customer should be able to login using OTP and create a password, which could be used for login further.
4. All the details(eg: OTP) should be sent to customer via both Whatsapp message and text message
5. Customers should be able to login and then add any issue they are facing in that particular area.
6. Problems mentioned by customers should be visible to the admin.
7. Admin should be able to mention the time required to resolve the query.
8. Customers should be able to provide the feedback after the issue gets resolved.
9. Admin should have access to post any information/video to educate the customers.
10. Admin should be able to mention the area for which that facility is available.
