I have a customer that is using a new Galaxy S5 mobile phone installed with Lollipop.
He has configured an Email account to connect to his corporate Exchange server using ActiveSync using the native email client.
The native email client is crushing several times a day with the error message "E-mail Has Stopped".
The customer tried clearing the application cache, removing and re-adding the corporate email account, but nothing helped.
The customer says, that his old mobile phone was not crashing at all.
I have added an email account d at d dot d and checked all debug checkboxes.
I looked at the [url removed, login to view] file to see what could cause this crash, but couldn't find any helpful information (maybe I do not know what to read in the file).
I need someone that can read the log file, and understand what is causing the problem, or send me other guidance as how to get more logs that will let us know what is causing these crashes. In the end, the freelancer will also provide a fix or a workaround how to use the default email client of Galaxy S5 native Lolipop email client with the same corporate email account without causing crashes.
Budget for this project is limited.
Payment will be released only after 1 week without any crash on the mobile device.
