I am looking for someone to build an APP with responsive maps (EXACT SAME / Clone) to (Aqar website) + IOS & Android apps

Please look through it very deeply and carefully and let me know if you can build:
1- an EXACT SAME for IOS
2- Exact same for Android
3- the site itself has a full control panel + maps (but it doesn’t show for public, only admins) WE NEED EXACT SAME FOR THE ADMIN PANEL. I don’t know if you can access it or not.
Please note, we have tried almost every template on internet for real estate sites, we didn’t like any of them. We need as exact as what Aqar has ( it’s for internal users, not public. Maximum users will not reach 800-1000 users ever, I believe )
Have a very deep look at them.
if the service is graet, we do not mind having a long-term maintenance/support contract after proven performance and work efficiency.
