Push notifications and automated reminders need to keep both sides on schedule. Messaging & reviews After each job, customers leave a verified review that becomes part of the tradie’s public profile. Those ratings, plus previous chat history, help future users decide quickly and confidently who to hire. Role-based accounts Each address can host multiple sub-accounts, so tenants and landlords share one property record while keeping their own logins. Both parties see booking history, invoices, and chat transcripts, which removes the usual back-and-forth and creates a lightweight property-management layer. Internationalisation The entire journey— onboarding, search, booking, chat, and notifications— must switch seamlessly between Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English.
