I need someone that can help me build and end to end solution that is basically a private held radio service that uses mobile applications as endpoints. The idea is to buy a server from a hosting service, install on it the best available server side streaming software (e.g. icecast2) and then build mobile applications that could stream the audio only content from the server from the smartphone speaker (or headphones). There should also be a "button" on the app, that allows the user to record a small audio from the smartphone microphone (max 10 sec), encode it in an mp3 file and upload it server side (same or another server) where a J2EE JBOSS server is deployed to retrieve the mp3 posted by the apps and store them on the filesystem.
